Remote Associate Attorney

Overview Our firm is partnering with a Louisiana-based law firm to hire an Associate Attorney to support its foreclosure and title practice. This is a document-heavy, transactional role focused on Louisiana judicial foreclosure matters, including executory process and title-related work.
This position is ideal for an attorney who prefers structured, analytical legal work over litigation. The role offers a fully remote setup (within Louisiana), no billable requirements, and a steady, process-driven workflow.
Draft, review, and file foreclosure pleadings and related legal documents
Handle matters involving Louisiana executory process and ensure procedural compliance
Prepare and execute corrective documents, cancellations, and required notices to interested parties
Conduct high-volume document review with strict attention to detail and confidentiality requirements
Respond to client inquiries and collaborate with internal legal, title, and operations teams
1–3 years of legal experience (or similar experience with ability to learn quickly)
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with sensitive information in legal filings
- Comfortable performing focused, desk-based document review work for extended periods
- Interest in transactional/legal review work rather than litigation
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
Comfortable with repetitive, document-driven work and structured workflows
Prefers contract review, compliance, and legal analysis over courtroom work
Motivated to build long-term expertise in a stable, non-litigation practice area
