An established General Contractor arm of a Developer Builder in Phoenix that’s growing rapidly with a backlog of projects, is seeking a Beginner Estimator to join the team. This Estimator needs to be versed in client relationships, experienced with building estimation, Multi-Family, and adaptable to change as the project runs it course.

Construction Estimator Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience learning estimating commercial construction
• Responsible for overseeing profit and loss relating to assigned projects and will develop regular margin projections
• Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
• Track, price, and negotiate project cost changes

Preparing material estimates and cost estimates
Managing bids from vendors and contractors
Working with Preconstruction team using clear communication and effective team building skills
