The General Laborer position at Bonfe Underground is dedicated to assisting the Excavation crew with various labor tasks to ensure efficient project completion. The General Laborer will report directly to the Excavation Supervisor and will play a crucial role in supporting daily excavation operations.

CARE ABOUT PEOPLE

Assist the Excavation crew with manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and operating basic hand tools and machinery as directed.
Operate excavation equipment and tools, including jetters and camera inspection systems.
Maintain high standards of safety on the job site, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
Support the team in organizing and preparing the worksite to ensure that it is ready for necessary excavation activities.
Collaborate with the Excavation Supervisor to promptly address any issues or concerns that arise during the course of work to prevent delays.
Help maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly and are in good working condition.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
Valid CDL or willingness to attain one.
Attention to detail with a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
Maintain a consistent performance that contributes to the team's objectives and overall company goals.
Any offer extended to a candidate will be contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment drug (including marijuana for DOT-regulated positions) and background screening.
