Full or Part Time Physiotherapist

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time or part-time role with an outpatient clinic in Gig Harbor, WA. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Washington State PT license required to start the position.
Experience with resistance training and weightlifting or willingness to develop these skills.
Team-oriented approach and strong relationship-building skills with patients and multidisciplinary staff.
A sports and orthopedic caseload focused on active adults and athletes
Progressive, strength-based rehab with a return-to-performance mindset
Structured mentorship , case review, and intentional clinical development
Clear growth and leadership opportunities within a collaborative sports medicine team
This role is ideal for a physical therapist who enjoys working with active patients, values collaboration, and wants to grow clinically while developing leadership skills in a sports medicine setting.
Open to relocation candidates.

Patient Population & Clinic Team:
Patient mix includes active adults, college athletes, and soccer athletes (official provider for Major League Soccer organization).
Multidisciplinary team includes PTs, chiropractors, athletic trainers, massage therapists, and orthopedic surgery collaboration.

Clinic emphasizes continuous learning and team collaboration.
Caseload and structure support development of skills in orthopedic and sports-related care.
