Full-Time & Part-Time Nursing CNA

Richmond Health Care Center is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. We are looking for dependable and caring Full-Time and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team!

Position Summary:

The CNA provides direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Provide mobility assistance (transfers, ambulation, repositioning)

Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff

Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)

Assist with meal service and feeding as needed

Ensure residents' rooms are clean, safe, and comfortable

Follow infection control and safety protocols

Provide compassionate care and excellent customer service to residents and families

Qualifications:

Active CNA certification (State of Texas required)

Current CPR certification (required)

Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience (preferred but not required)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
