Head of Project Management

As a Project Manager, you will oversee project financials, schedules, staffing, and execution from start to finish. You'll partner closely with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure strong delivery, proactive problem-solving, and consistent progress toward project goals. This role is ideal for someone with a mechanical or electrical engineering background who wants to grow their leadership impact while managing meaningful work and building long-term client relationships.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.

5+ years of experience in project management or a related technical leadership role.

Background in mechanical or electrical engineering.

Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and team coordination.

Ability to commute easily to Glumac's office.

Experience managing roughly $1M+ in annual project work.

This position offers a hybrid work environment, with a requirement of two in-office days per week in our Los Angeles, CA office.
