Patient Ambassador
Location: LAKE CITY MEDICAL CENTER - 72515001

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay Range: $16 per hour - $17 per hour

What You’ll Do: As a Patient Ambassador at Sodexo, you are a warm‑welcomer and experience ambassador. Your dedication to helping others brings a smile and makes a meaningful impact on others.

Responsibilities include:

Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection, providing patient meal delivery and patient set‑up with direct patient contact

Receive and process phone orders

Identify patients who have not ordered meals with assistance of the tray tracking system

Make meal rounds and collect survey information and relay pertinent information to Sodexo leadership

Attend work and show up for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity

Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
