Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to assist with our manufacturing operations. This position requires coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing warehouse duties, maintaining accurate inventory, and guaranteeing timely delivery of materials to support production timelines. Logistics & Transportation

Manage domestic and international shipments, including selecting carriers, scheduling, and tracking.
Prepare and review shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, customs paperwork as needed).
Optimize freight costs while maintaining service levels.
Partner with production, procurement, and customer service teams to meet delivery commitments.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and warehouse processes.
Warehouse Operations

Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
Maintain accurate and timely management of materials received and dispatched.
Operate forklift equipment per safety policy including daily lift inspections.
Maintain organized warehouse layout and ensure accurate material handling practices.
Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory processes.
Promote a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment.
High school diploma or GED.

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Understanding of shipping and receiving procedures along with inventory control.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook).
• Forklift certification (or ability to acquire).
• Understanding of shipping regulations at both national and international levels.

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Must be able to operate motorized equipment and all forklift types safely.

Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. 17.20 - $31.90 Per Hour
