As an LPN on our team, you'll play a critical role in supporting clients across residential care facilities, behavioral health, and substance use treatment programs. You'll provide direct nursing care, administer medications, conduct assessments, and promote wellness and safety for clients. Conduct physical and mental health assessments, including psychiatric screeners

Room clients, verify medical histories, and complete preliminary physical tasks (vitals, samples)

Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all nursing care and interventions

Oversee medication counts, monitor refills, and prepare pass medications for housing clients

Act as a resource for medical questions, infectious disease control, and facility health issues

Assist with general lab and phlebotomy tasks as needed

Participate in meetings and contribute to team efforts across the care continuum

Graduation from an accredited Practical Nurse program

Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri

Must have a current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance

Must successfully pass background checks including criminal, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint screening

Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
