Direct Support Professional

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must have a verifiable high school diploma or G.Must have at least six months of experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities, with a focus on behavioral services.

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team at our program in Antioch, CA.

Earn $24–$26 per hour (rate increases to $2 per hour once you have received your RBT - Registered Behavioral Technician certification).

Direct Support Professionals interact and support our individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings, including community, family or individual homes, generic community settings, and adult training facilities. The DSP will assist with direct care and implementation of behavior plans. We provide a level of care that enhances the health, safety, dignity, and contentment of every consumer served by assisting and training individuals in personal care, communication, and social skill development.
