Alliance Dealer Solutions is hiring Lot Wash Porters for our automotive dealership partners. This role offers fantastic opportunities for advancement and promotion for customer service-minded individuals!

As a Lot Wash Porter, you play a critical role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of vehicles on the lot. Your attention to detail and dedication ensure that every vehicle is presented in pristine condition, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Pre-Wash Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for any damages before washing and report any issues to management.

Detailing: Pay special attention to detailing areas such as rims, tires, windows.

Water Spot Prevention: Dry vehicles using chamois or drying towels to prevent water spots.

Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including picking up trash and debris.

Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the dealership.

Customer Service: Demonstrate friendly and professional interactions with customers.

Efficiency: Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers.

Excellent verbal communication skills to ensure clear and friendly interaction with customers and team members.

High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or GED is required.

Age Requirement: 18 years or older.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
