Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, privately owned practice in Osage Beach, Missouri. This is a rare opportunity to step into a thriving, 100% fee-for-service practice with a strong and loyal patient base, while working alongside an experienced provider in a collaborative environment.

This role offers immediate participation in profit sharing with no buy-in required , creating a unique pathway to ownership-level earnings from day one. You will have full clinical autonomy and the ability to practice comprehensive dentistry in a setting that prioritizes quality care and long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dental care.

Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans.

Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, extractions, and implant-related treatments.

Utilize advanced clinical technology to support diagnosis and treatment.

Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and post-treatment care.

Build strong patient relationships and contribute to long-term retention.

Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflows and high standards of care.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.

Active Missouri dental license (or ability to obtain).

Current CPR certification.

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.

Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.

Ability to thrive in a fee-for-service environment.
