Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• Start times between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m.

What You’ll Do

Provide personal care based on each patient’s needs and preferences

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily activities

Ensure patient safety and proper use of equipment

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed

Take and record vital signs (with demonstrated competency)

Monitor skin integrity and report changes promptly

Offer respite support to families and caregivers

Communicate observations and updates to the Case Manager

Build meaningful connections with patients and their loved ones

What You Bring

At least 16 years of age

Current state certification as a nurse aide

Active CPR certification

Clear listing on the state aide registry

Comfort with the hospice philosophy and caring for terminally ill patients
