References required from authority figures, including managers, ANMs, supervisors, or directors.
Description:
Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in an ambulatory care setting.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and procedures.
Monitor patients’ conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commit to ongoing professional development and training in pediatric care.
