Our Property Division is at the heart of this — providing engineering expertise across multiple sectors and guiding projects from first concept right through to commissioning.

This is your chance to work on challenging, high-profile projects where no two days are the same.

Designing roads, levels, drainage, and external works for both public (adoptable) and private realm schemes.

Contributing to projects from early planning through to detailed design and delivery.

Using your technical skills to support multiple projects, with guidance from senior colleagues when needed.

Collaborating with clients, planning authorities, and national bodies such as the Environment Agency.

Civil engineering design experience, particularly in levels, drainage, and external works.

Skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D (or PDS with willingness to train on Civil 3D), MicroDrainage, and Microsoft Office.

An understanding of multi-disciplinary projects and the drive to broaden your knowledge across sectors.

Commercial awareness and the confidence to represent the team externally.
