Facility Maintenance Handyman

Facilities TechnicianThe Facilities Technician will focus on preventative maintenance, scheduling of repairs and site visits to our Indiana-based properties. The Facilities Technician will collaborate with the AVP of Property Management in making repair recommendations based on department and company goals & objectives, and will oversee repairs in a timely fashion, communicate progress and collaborate with the Facilities Team to ensure the staff and tenants are not heavily impacted by maintenance or mechanical issues.
