Private Duty Care And Va Nurse

We are currently seeking a registered nurse for our private duty care and va departments to cover in-home visits and to work with our healthy children & youth program performing assessments and reassessments. This position will be responsible for aide oversight visits and routine nursing visits; including medication set ups and maintaining the plane of care. In this rn role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own home. provide basic patient care: taking vitals, weekly medication management per physicians orders, monthly diabetic nails, monthly skin monitoring and bi yearly general health assessments

opens new cases & obtains all related consents, documentation & deposits in accordance with company policy

observes, records & reports reaction to treatment & any changes in client's condition to appropriate personnel and/or physician

may supervise in home aides for advance personal care (apc) services

follow state approved care plan.

attend quarterly nurse meetings

active registered nurse or licensed practical nurse license in the state of mo

strong and compassionate customer service skills
