Caseworker (Full Time)

ACES Whitney Academy is seeking a caring and dynamic School Social Worker to join a team of educators dedicated to working with a diverse population of students with special needs. This is a 10-month position.
Job Details: Job Location: Whitney High School North - Hamden, CT 06517. Position Type: Full Time. Education Level: 4-Year Degree. Salary Range: $59,981.00 - $104,444.00 per year. Job Shift: Day.
Key responsibilities include: manage a caseload, work closely with colleagues, communicate effectively with parents, have knowledge of community resources, and care deeply for children.
Qualifications: Applicant with strong clinical experience desired. Demonstrated ability and desire to support High School students in the areas of decision making, independence, responsibility and self-advocacy is necessary. Strong organizational and computer skills are also essential. CT certification (071) School Social Worker required.
