The Company is seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial executive to serve as the Dean of the Malcolm Baldrige School of Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, fostering a culture of academic excellence, and ensuring the delivery of personalized, enriched learning experiences for all students. This role demands a leader with a strong business acumen, a commitment to diversity of thought, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Dean will be expected to model the company's non-negotiable behaviors, adopt innovative strategies, and make data-informed decisions to support the institution's global growth. Essential functions include curriculum and program development, student success, and education effectiveness, as well as personnel and resource allocation. Applicants for the Dean position at the Malcolm Baldrige School of Business should hold a terminal degree in a relevant discipline and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in higher education leadership or a related professional field. Significant online experience and a background in adult education, particularly in online and blended learning modalities, are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of inspirational leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to the goals of online education. Responsibilities also include developing and managing the school's budget, hiring and evaluating faculty and staff, and ensuring compliance with academic and regulatory standards. The Dean will be a key member of the university's senior leadership team, working collaboratively to advance the institution's strategic goals.
