RESPIRATORY THERAPY- CRT- NIGHTS

Baltimore, MD

Respiratory Therapist

Provide specialized respiratory care to adult patients in a critical and emergency setting. Assess, monitor, and treat patients with breathing disorders, ensuring optimal respiratory function and patient safety.

Evaluate patients' respiratory status through clinical assessments and diagnostic tests.

Administer treatments such as oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation, and aerosol medications.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Comply with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.

Hold a valid Maryland or Compact state license as a Respiratory Therapist.

Possess a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, preferably including adult critical care or emergency department settings.

Demonstrate proficiency in adult respiratory care procedures and equipment.

Ability to work night shifts consistently and adapt to floating within scope.
