Transformation Project EngineerThe Transformation Project Engineer supports law firm transformation and Generative AI adoption. Reporting to the Lead Transformation Project Engineer, you will support the full engagement lifecycle: gathering specific customer requirements, understanding particular legal practice nuances, building and testing bespoke AI-enabled workflow solutions, supporting pilots, and helping deliver the training that drives adoption among customers within the Legal Professionals segment.This is a dynamic role that works directly with customers and suits someone with strong technical aptitude and an interest in legal technology, with a background in law or supporting legal practice. The role requires solid technical expertise in AI tools, prompt engineering, and Thomson Reuters products, as well as the ability to implement these solutions effectively across legal processes.Provide expert guidance on the operation, use, prompting, application, and integration of AI technologies, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements. Be a product expert on CoCounsel Legal and other TR productsWorkflow Mapping: Help create detailed workflow maps to visualize and streamline processes, facilitating the integration of AI technologies.Design and implement bespoke workflow solutions primarily utilizing Thomson Reuters' AI technologiesMaintain Workflow Solutions: Ensure the ongoing functionality and optimization of deployed solutions, addressing technical issues and responding to product changesCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and integration of solutionsStakeholder Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns related to project progress and outcomesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
