Hourly Cashier

Job Details Location: 1077 N Emerson, Greenwood, IN 46143•Salary: $7.25 - $18.00 hourly•Position: Cashiers (Front-of-House Team Members)
What You’ll Do Greet guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude while ensuring timely seating.
Bus tables, deliver food to guests, follow FIFO guidelines, and complete other daily tasks.
Respond to customer complaints/concerns and know when to involve a manager.
Make genuine connections and engage guests for a personalized experience.
Take payments, handle the cash drawer, and process credit card transactions.
Apply menu knowledge to suggest menu items, drinks, and promotions.
Correctly enter take‑out orders into the Point of Sale system.
Bag and manage take‑out orders, checking for accuracy.
Maintain a clean and orderly cashier area, practicing proper safety and sanitation at all times.
Thank guests as they leave and solicit feedback about service quality.
Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and team‑focused personality.
Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication and basic math skills.
Willing to help wherever needed.
Passionate about great service and creating memorable experiences.
Minimum 16 years of age (State Minor Laws Supersede).
Preferred Prior experience in a restaurant or customer‑service role.
Physical Requirements Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
Able to lift up to 25-50 lbs. occasionally.
Comfortable with repetitive hand movements and general activity.
