Night Shift Caregivers Needed: In-Home Care, Flexible Part-Time Hours
$20 per hourPCC Premier Comfort Care
Days and Times: M-F, Saturday and Sundays
Day shift 7am-2pm
Mid shift 2pm-10pm
Night/Overnight 10pm-7am
Caregiving involves working with clients who may be resistant, confused, or frustrated. You will need patience, emotional strength, and reliability on every shift. If you find meaning in helping others even when it’s hard, you’ll thrive here.

We are seeking caregivers who are:
Resilient and patient - ready to support clients who may resist care or need extra compassion
Energetic and reliable - prepared for long hours on your feet and occasional travel between clients
Problem solvers - capable of handling unexpected and stressful situations with calm and care
Empower clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that enhance their quality of life
Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to maintain personal hygiene and comfort
Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
Provide transportation for clients to medical appointments, errands, and other engagements
Maintain open communication with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and personalized care
Cleared and registered on the Home Care Aide Registry
Valid driver\'s license and car insurance
Car insurance
Complete background check / fingerprint clearance and/or drug screen
Completion of Entry-Level Training and Annual Training
Willing to pay $35 to register for California Home Care Aide certificate if not registered and pay for own fingerprinting/background check
Willing to complete Orientation and Care Academy Training before any shift placement
Commitment to delivering quality care
