Operations Manager
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join their team. As an Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of the operations department, supporting daily business functions and ensuring smooth workflow across teams. Shift: Monday - Friday 7am-3:30 pm
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility to ensure efficiency and productivity
Manage and support employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Implement process improvements to optimize operational performance
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Strong business acumen and operational understanding
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Monday through Friday work schedule with consistent hours
Casual dress code fostering a comfortable workplace
