Help individuals achieve personal goals
Support independence and self-confidence
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Supporting daily living skills and independence
Helping individuals participate in community activities, appointments, and social events
Providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
Following individualized support plans and goals
Promoting dignity, respect, and person-centered care

Interested in healthcare, human services, psychology, education, nursing, social work, or caregiving
✔ High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or a related field preferred.
Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).
