Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

We're looking for an energetic and service-driven Director of Operations to help lead the daily operations of the Le Meridien 5th Ave hotel.
Support the General Manager with the day-to-day operation of the hotel.
Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other operational departments as needed.
Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and associates to achieve exceptional performance.
Help manage labor, expenses, and operational efficiencies.
Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and company policies.
Serve as Manager on Duty and provide visible leadership throughout the hotel.
Previous Operations Manager or Rooms Division leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to inspire teams while maintaining a hands-on management style.
