Full Time - Client Services Rep

On-site in Pontiac, MI

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break

No mortgage or office experience is required. You’ll use your communication and problem-solving skills to answer client questions, resolve concerns and provide solutions over the phone. We'll provide paid training, ongoing support and opportunities to grow.

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year experience in customer service or call center positions

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products

1+ year experience in mortgage servicing

Bilingual in English and Spanish
