Pay: Starting at $19 hourly.
We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods.
This position is onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Sales Manager.
As a Barista, you'll contribute to the dealership success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. You will create the Michael's experience for our customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

You will have prior customer service, retail, or barista experience.

Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
The hourly pay range for this position is $18-$20. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
