Hourly Pay Range: $38.67 - $59.94 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

1 weekend per 4-week cycle. 1 summer and 1 winter holiday.

While our primary population of patients is orthopedic physical therapy, we also offer Occupational and Speech services. We offer specialties in hand, neuro, vestibular, pelvic health, pediatrics, and lymphedema.
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (if graduated before 2002) OR Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (if graduated 2002 - 2014) OR Doctorate in Physical Therapy (if graduated 2015 and after).
Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure
A valid driver's license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an off site location. If the incumbent uses their personal vehicle, the incumbent must maintain automobile liability coverage as required by law and evidence of such coverage may be requested.
Provides direct physical therapy services to patients. Stays updated regarding developments, new techniques, and equipment in the field of physical therapy. Benefits (For full time or part time positions):
