Senior Recruiter - Accounting/Finance

Ringside Talent is a leading regional provider of direct hire and staffing services, specializing in placing talent in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology (IT), and other professional services roles. The company fosters a high-performance culture with a strong emphasis on engagement, collaboration, and client impact.
Recruiter will play a key role in driving the company's recruitment success, working closely with hiring managers, business development teams, and external candidates to ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality placements. This position requires a data-driven and relationship-focused approach to recruiting, with a strong ability to identify and engage top talent in the market.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and recruit top-tier Finance, Accounting, and IT professionals.
Utilize multiple recruiting channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry networking events, referrals, and Ringside Talent's internal database.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through ongoing networking and industry engagement.
Manage the entire candidate life cycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and placement.
Partner with Business Development Managers to understand client needs and align recruiting efforts accordingly.
2+ years of recruiting experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition (Finance, Accounting, or IT preferred).
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement techniques.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like PC Recruiter, Bullhorn, or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
