Position Details
Title: Wellness Nurse (Full Time)

Location: Brandywine Living at Upper Providence

Employment Type: Full-Time (11p-7a)

Salary Range: $34.00- $35.00 per hour

Sign-on Bonus available. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary
As a Nurse at Brandywine Upper Providence, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, coordinate total nursing care, and support the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, emergency response, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Assess residents and develop care plans

Administer medications and treatments

Respond to emergencies and coordinate care

Maintain clinical documentation and compliance

Supervise nursing staff and support resident activities

Required Qualifications

Active LPN license

Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
