Registered Mental Health Nurse / Nights

As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll provide compassionate, recovery-focused psychiatric and medical nursing care to individuals across our programs. You’ll work closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate care, support medication management, assess changing needs, and help individuals achieve their personal recovery goals.

• Provide psychiatric and medical nursing care across assigned programs.

Partner with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to develop and coordinate individualized care.
Support medication management and monitor individuals for changes in health or clinical status.
Provide nursing assessment, education, intervention, and follow-up based on individual needs.
Promote recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care practices.
Advocate for individuals and help coordinate appropriate medical and psychiatric services.
Collaborate with caregivers, families, providers, and other members of the care team to support positive outcomes.
Help create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for the individuals we serve.
Monday-Friday
On-call availability required, including nights, weekends, or holidays as assigned
Active Michigan RN license in good standing.
Knowledge of recovery-oriented care, Motivational Interviewing, Stages of Change, Trauma-Informed Care, Seeking Safety, and Family Psychoeducation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
Comfort using technology, electronic health records, Microsoft Office Suite, and other electronic systems.
