What You'll Do
Deliver high-quality patient care using the Nursing Process within hospital protocols and standards
Assess patient needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies
Delegate, coordinate, and manage nursing team resources effectively
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Utilize data and evidence-based practices to evaluate and improve care processes
Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and accreditation standards
Ensure patient safety and uphold quality standards throughout your shift
What You Need
Required:
Current RN License in Louisiana
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Strong organizational, judgment, and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
Leadership or supervisory experience
Additional certifications in clinical specialty areas
