Engineering - Quality Assurance Engineering/Control)

The Quality Assurance Engineer is a hands-on role supporting quality execution in a steel fabrication manufacturing environment. This position works directly on the production floor, partnering with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to ensure welding, coating, and product quality requirements are met. The role plays a key part in building and sustaining core quality systems while balancing production pace, compliance, and real-world manufacturing constraints.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being on the floor, working closely with people, and solving problems in real time-not from behind a desk.
