Initial $600k protected salary with partnership starting year 3 with earning potential up to $1M

As a partner you will also receive equity that will vest over 3 years in the amount of $375k (with a portion held back for tax purposes)

NP's cover clinic call, while providers perform procedures and hospital call.

Providers perform ERCP's with the group, they are willing to train if not experienced
