Evaluates technical requirements of new and existing RF (Radio Frequency) and power products, applies knowledge of qualified sources and products to recommend materials to Design Engineering, leading to savings, lead‑time reductions, system improvements, increased life and/or mitigated risk.

Works with New Product Development teams to ensure the integrity and clarity of engineering drawing requirements and that all expectations are communicated effectively to supporting suppliers.

Continuously involves in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides a competitive advantage in quality, value‑cost, delivery, and technology.

Leads the supplier technical audit process, evaluates supplier performance and capability, and drives continuous improvement opportunities at the supplier. Leads supplier quality problem resolutions and incident management, drives root cause and corrective action, and identifies and drives broad‑based systemic supplier resolutions at the process level.

Assists in cost planning by monitoring key cost drivers, supply markets, to ensure a competitive advantage.

Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in RF (Radio Frequency) and Semiconductor equipment process power products.

May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.

Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives; work is guided by functional policies.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
