Dental AssistantSouthern Dental Birmingham is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team! ScheduleMonday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMThursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PMOne Friday per month (rotating): 7:00 AM - 3:00 PMResponsibilitiesProvide chairside assistance during a variety of dental proceduresPrepare treatment rooms and instruments for patientsTake and develop dental X-rays as neededSterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipmentEnsure patient comfort before, during, and after treatmentAssist with documenting patient information and treatment notesSupport the clinical team in delivering exceptional patient careQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of clinical chairside dental assisting experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in a team-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsX-ray certification preferredWhy Join Southern Dental Birmingham?Full-time, stable scheduleSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to make a positive impact on patients' oral healthGrowth and development opportunitiesIf you are an experienced Dental Assistant looking for a great opportunity with a patient-focused practice, we would love to hear from you!
