Caregiver / HHA - Flexible In Home Health Care Jobs

Home Health Aide (HHA) Successful Aging Care Net, LLC is a leading provider of home health care services, dedicated to improving the quality of life for our clients in their homes. We are committed to delivering compassionate, personalized care and support to individuals in need, and we are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team.

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential personal care and support services to clients in their homes. Your role is crucial in assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety and comfort while promoting their dignity and well-being.

Personal Care: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and eating.

• Mobility Assistance: Help clients with mobility needs, including transferring from bed to chair, using walkers or wheelchairs, and providing support during ambulation.
• Ensure clients take prescribed medications as directed by healthcare professionals and monitor medication intake, while not administering medications unless certified.
• Companionship: Provide emotional and social support, engage clients in conversation, and encourage participation in recreational activities to combat loneliness and promote mental well-being.
• Document client progress, changes in health status, and notify supervisors of any concerns or changes observed in clients’ condition.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive care plan.

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.

• Previous experience in home health care or a related field is an advantage.
• Compassionate and respectful demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if travel is required).
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
