Physicians Dialysis: Registered Nurse

Schedule 30–40 hours per week @ 10‑hour shifts starting at 6 am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts.

Compensation Pay ranges from $45–$55 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.

Responsibilities Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met

Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures

Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching

Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families

Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations

Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews

Document required patient education efforts

Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals

Assist in medication inventory maintenance

Lead a small patient care team

Desire to collaborate with care teams

Education and Training Accredited nursing degree required

Dialysis experience not required; DCI provides 3 months of comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one‑on‑one skill training
