Client Service Support Rep

GeBBS Consulting is a healthcare technology professional services and consulting firm based in Towson, Maryland servicing clients throughout the US. 1) Hospital / Provider Practice 2) Managed Care / Payer Practice - we work directly with health plans (very strong in the Blue Cross Blue Shield space). GeBBS Consulting has over two decades of experience supporting healthcare clients throughout the US.

We are engaging 30 Enrollment Processors to support FEPOC’s Enrollment Business Area (EBA) on its upcoming open enrollment (Open Season) for its Federal Employee Health Benefits Plan.

Absences are NOT permitted during training classes.

All contingent workers are required to attend the entire training course(s) ON TIME, EVERY DAY.

Weekly productivity and feedback are given during training class

Candidates should be 100% focused during training and production - NO DISTRACTIONS.

Candidates may expect occasional overtime work on weekends (Saturdays only) or during the evening.

MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), WebEx, Adobe Acrobat

(In-house applications: 3 - 5 years of experience in customer service, data entry or healthcare background.

Knowledge in navigating multiple software systems at the same time, doing internet research, and handling email communication.

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and/or Adobe Acrobat

Prior experience supporting Open Enrollment Season
