Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Bradford Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation
Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at Bradford Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation, where we strive to provide quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to the communities we serve. As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will play a vital role in our rehabilitation efforts, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals and recover from injuries or illnesses.
Responsibilities:
Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans
Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and interventions in accordance with established guidelines and regulations
Provide high-quality patient care, including exercise instruction, modalities, and other therapeutic interventions
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure seamless care and communication
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Pennsylvania
Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Studies or related field
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting
