At Kelly®, we're passionate about helping you find a job that works for you. We're seeking a Materials Buyer to work at a premier manufacturing client in Austin, TX. Pay: $36 per hour
Shift: 1st (8 am to 5 pm)

What's a typical day as a Materials Buyer? Managing daily production roll-up reports and participating in business unit (BU) material requirement meetings
Tracking material shortages and providing timely updates to stakeholders
Coordinating with Buyers, Project Managers, Planning, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure smooth operations
Prioritizing purchase orders (POs) and monitoring inventory availability across multiple organizations
Supporting PSQI, RTS processes, logistics coordination, and customer service request (CSR) creation
Have a Bachelor's degree (required)
Must have strong working knowledge of SAP ecosystems, including SCV data consolidation and SAP Ariba sourcing and procurement solutions
Bring 1 to 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or materials management environment
Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis
Excel at managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Possess knowledge of material management processes and manufacturing operations
Are experienced in data analysis and reporting; SAP experience is preferred
Have mechanical knowledge (preferred)
Are comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
