The Role We are seeking a talented Email Copywriter to craft compelling, conversion-focused email and SMS copy for our portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands. In this role, you will be responsible for writing high-performing subject lines, email body copy, and SMS messages that drive engagement, conversions, and customer lifetime value. Strong client satisfaction driven by on-brand, compelling copy that resonates with their audiences

Efficient collaboration with designers and strategists that accelerates campaign velocity and quality

Develop concise, action-oriented SMS copy that drives engagement within platform character constraints

Adapt your writing to match diverse brand voices while maintaining conversion-focused messaging principles

Develop and maintain brand voice guidelines and messaging frameworks for client accounts

Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action to optimize performance

Analyze campaign and flow performance data to identify opportunities and inform copy iterations

Work closely with retention strategists to align copy with overall lifecycle marketing strategy

Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards

Stay current on email marketing trends, copywriting best practices, and direct response principles

Participate in client meetings to present copy concepts and discuss performance insights

Requirements 3+ years of professional copywriting experience with a focus on email marketing, preferably in DTC or ecommerce

Deep understanding of email marketing best practices including subject line optimization, personalization, and deliverability considerations

Proven ability to write in multiple brand voices while maintaining conversion-focused messaging

Data-driven approach to copywriting with experience analyzing performance metrics to inform iterations

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and how copy supports each stage of the journey

Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Fast turnaround capability without sacrificing quality or attention to detail

Nice to Have SMS marketing copywriting experience with platforms like Postscript or Attentive

Landing page, website, or paid advertising copywriting experience

Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical significance
