Note: Candidates must be admitted to practice in Illinois and have at least 2 years of insurance coverage experience. A JD from an accredited law school and strong legal research and writing skills are required.

Draft insurance coverage opinions and coverage position letters involving complex policy issues

Analyze insurance policies, claims, potential exposures, and coverage obligations

Handle insurance coverage litigation matters across jurisdictions nationwide

Conduct detailed legal research and develop clear, persuasive written analysis

Communicate effectively with clients regarding coverage strategy, litigation developments, and case direction

Build practical litigation and insurance coverage experience while taking on increasing responsibility

2+ years of insurance coverage experience

• JD from an accredited law school
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills
• Experience with commercial general liability, commercial auto, professional liability, or D&O policies is preferred
