Staff Pharmacist - REMOTE

You will work closely with pharmacy technicians to ensure seamless daily pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and high standards of patient safety. You are detail- oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable managing medication dispensing workflows in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Supervise and direct pharmacy technicians in daily workflow
Maintain accurate patient records, medication profiles, and prescription fill history in compliance with state and federal regulations
Ensure pharmacy operations comply with state board of pharmacy rules, federal law, and company standard operating procedures
Participate in quality assurance checks, workflow optimizations, and error prevention initiatives
Utilize best methods for product packaging and preparation for delivery based on standard operating procedures, including, but not limited to, type of package, storage requirements (i.e. refrigeration), etc, to ensure safe and secure delivery
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
At least 1-2 years of recent retail/mail-order pharmacy experience in a high volume setting
Demonstrated experience evaluating prescriptions, verifying drug orders, and managing pharmacy dispensing systems
In-depth familiarity with Texas State Board of Pharmacy rules and HIPAA compliance
Adaptable, flexible and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and high growth environments
Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day
Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor
