S. citizens will not be considered.Location: NSWC-Crane, IN* Position Type: Full-Time Travel Requirements: Up to 10%Position SummaryCreated Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead the execution of complex defense and aerospace programs from contract award through delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for program planning, customer engagement, team coordination, and successful delivery across technical, cost, and schedule objectives.The Program Manager serves as the primary interface between the customer and the engineering team, ensuring clarity of expectations, disciplined execution, and proactive risk management. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, clear communication, and a steady hand—able to guide teams through complexity while maintaining trust with both customers and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end program execution, from kickoff through closeout, ensuring performance against technical, cost, and schedule commitments.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong, professional relationships built on trust and transparency.Coordinate cross-functional teams including systems, software, electrical, and mechanical engineering.Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks; Support contract execution, scope management, and change control processes.Provide regular status updates to leadership and customers, including metrics and forecasts.Contribute to continuous improvement of program management processes and best practices.S. citizen with at least Collateral Secret security clearance.Bachelor's degree in a technical field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in program or project management within defense, aerospace, or government contracting environments.Demonstrated experience managing complex technical programs and multidisciplinary teams.Experience managing schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including customer-facing briefings.Prior experience managing cost-plus and/or firm-fixed-price contracts.Familiarity with EVMS or other program performance tracking methodologies.Understanding of PMP best practices.defines how we approach commitments, customers, and one another.We seek team members who:Lead with integrityHonor God in all we doStrive for excellence for our families, customers, and communitiesAbout Created SolutionsFounded in 2024 in Huntsville, AL, Created Solutions is a fast-growing small business delivering advanced engineering solutions to the DoD and NASA.
