We are looking for a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position would be responsible for providing quality care and home health nursing care services under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

You're not just a nurse—you're a difference-maker. A graduate of an NLN-accredited LPN program with an active NJ LPN license

• 2+ years of med/surg or acute care experience (homecare/hospice a plus!)
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel
• A heart for care and a passion for helping others thrive

Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors and outdoors with clinical equipment and use of phone and computer; Client and Customer contact

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $26.00 to USD $34.00.
