Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morefollowing established protocols with precision.
Scrutinize results for accuracy, diagnose errors, and perform maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, mentor new staff or interns, and support the maintenance of high lab quality standards.
Uphold safety by maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration within healthcare teams.
Strong organizational abilities and a meticulous eye for detail, especially concerning quality control and comprehensive documentation.
