• As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our service team, ensuring tables are set, food is delivered efficiently, and guests receive an unparalleled dining experience. Your mission is to anticipate guest needs, assist servers, and help maintain THE ONE GROUP's high standards of service.

Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience
Work closely with servers to deliver food, answer guest questions, and maintain table standards
Run food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and proper table placement
Pre-bus tables, remove used tableware between courses, and reset tables promptly
Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ensuring service areas and dining spaces are neat and organized
Assist with table setups, stocking service stations, and additional front-of-house tasks as needed
Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment
Guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality and service excellence
Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest and server needs
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic English proficiency required for guest interactions
