Conduct a variety of routine and complex clinical lab tests-encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering strictly to established protocols.
Evaluate results for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments are properly maintained and calibrated.
Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis as required.
Thoroughly document all laboratory processes, play a role in training new staff or students, and assist in maintaining exemplary lab quality standards.
Uphold a clean, secure working environment by adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health credential, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Achieve ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of your hire date.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration in healthcare settings.
